Lorcan founded PerformanSC Supply Chain in 2013 and since then he has built the company into a highly regarded supply chain services team. Working with clients across Healthcare, High Tech, Retail, Food and Drink and the Logistics industries the team has established a reputation for 'getting things done' as they support supply chain transformation efforts. He is a co-founder of the Supply Chain Advisory Group (a peer network for supply chain leaders) and has chaired the End to End Supply Chain Conference in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Prior to that, Lorcan worked with some of the world's largest technology, consumer goods and medical device companies' supply chain teams as he progressed through operations and executive leadership roles with global supply chain services provider ModusLink Global Solutions
With hands on experience running multi-site warehousing, fulfilment and e-commerce operations, he also ran a supply chain professional services team for over eight years which has tackled projects including strategic supply chain reviews, network, inventory and transport optimisation, packaging redesign, planning redesign, sustainability reviews and hundreds of individual Kaizen events and supply chain improvement projects.
During a six year tenure as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy with ModusLink he led the organisation's expansion from High Tech into the Healthcare and Consumer goods markets and he contributed to the company's recognition from industry organisations for it's service, innovation and sustainability leadership.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, he is a regular contributor to international supply chain events and publications, he has been quoted on supply chain topics in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times and was named by Supply and Demand Chain Executive as one of their Supply Chain ‘Pros to Know’.
Conor has been involved in Transport and Logistics for over 25 years and has vast experience in all aspects of Transport Management, Warehouse Management, Outsource management and Freight & Warehouse Procurement..
As Managing Director of Panalpina World Transport he opened their first office in Ireland and built their business with multinational clients including Microsoft, Motorola and Hewlett Packard. In that role, Conor was invited to join the Microsoft Logistics Council and worked very closely with them while forming the global strategy for their overall business model. This in turn led to Conor joining Microsoft as their Director of Logistics and where he became Chairman of their Global Transportation Taskforce which managed a budget of over $450 million in transport and warehouse logistics.
After transitioning much of Microsoft's business to an outsourced 4PL model, Conor joined ModusLink Global Solutions as the Director of Marketing and Logistics Solutions where he worked with a blue chip companies in bringing new and innovative solutions to their Supply Chains.
He is a Chartered Member of the CILT and a Board Member of the Asia Trade Forum working with the Exporter’s association and is an active member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce where he meets and lobbies Government departments in all aspects of Import and Export requirements for its members.
Bob is a veteran Quality and Lean Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in the manufacturing and service sectors within the international Chemical, Automotive, and Supply Chain industries, with a proven track record in successfully designing, implementing, and developing Quality and Six Sigma programmes across broad business activities.
Bob has operated at manager, Senior Manager and Director level with Continental A.G in Germany, General Tire in the USA and ModusLink in Ireland.
He is a very people-oriented manager with well-developed leadership skills and a strong ability to communicate across all employee levels and bring understanding and buy-in through working directly with clients’ employees. Being a strong self-starter he is confident and self-reliant thereby bring in a position to deliver immediate benefits.
Originally an Industrial Chemist by training Bob has also completed a Master’s Degree in Trinity College Dublin and is a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Christopher has over 30 years of US experience in Transportation and logistics Management, Packaging and Supply Chain Operations experience, across the Consumer Electronics, Food. Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors.
With established practitioner experience through regional management roles in the US and in APAC, working with Kodak and Johnson & Johnson, Christopher brings a wealth of hand-on knowledge in the logistics and operations space. He has spent much of his career driving transportation and operational efficiency efforts, as well as Regulatory and Security compliance from Start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Christopher also ran his own successful business in supporting global clients through significant cost and operational improvement engagements. He brings with him a practical approach to solving supply chain challenges across a wide range of functions including fulfilment operations, packaging optimisation and transportation & logistics challenges.
He is an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and has created and delivered supply chain and logistics courses for CSCMP and Niagara University as well as Syracuse University.
Glenn is a highly experienced executive leader with supply chain operations, sales and marketing experience in the computing, storage, telecommunications, digital content, apparel, software, eCommerce, supply chain and logistics markets.
He has held sales and marketing leadership positions with Hitachi, Banta and ModusLink and has run his own successful business in transforming sales and marketing, strategic business development, large account management, brand development and product development processes for global enterprises.
He brings a wealth of international experience, having worked in the US, Europe and Asia and he brings direct knowledge in the successful development of eCommerce and retail channels across multiple geographies.
Lorraine has over 15 years' experience working with the world's largest high technology and consumer brands through a variety of regional and global roles with ModusLink Global Solutions.
She was responsible for the development of the organisation's planning service capability and specialised in demand driven planning models in environments with high sku complexity and demand volatility. These planning models were adopted by leading brands in their supply chain and service parts businesses and were recognised by the Supply Chain Council with a supply chain technology innovation award.
With a finance and technology background Lorraine has also taken the lead on multiple technology projects to improve the information flow in support of supply chain and e-commerce business processes - including the specifications for multi-site ERP, e-commerce and payments systems and the successful project management of global system deployments.
Lorraine combines strong people, technology and process skills that allow her to quickly gain an understanding of business needs and develop the supporting technology, process and interface requirements to deliver a streamlined set of business processes. Lorraine holds a BSc in Data Analytics and Interactive Marketing.
Leonard has many years’ experience of running supply chain operations for the high technology and supply chain industries, following time spent in the Aerospace industry. He has lived and worked in Taiwan and China, leading the set-up of Operational Centres in cities like Shanghai, Shenzhen, ChongQing and Beijing.
Leonard has demonstrated success in helping companies to optimise their supply chain by understanding and anticipating their needs and executing to meet those needs. He has helped manufacturers to establish supply chains in China to support global consumer demands by setting up operations in Shanghai, Shenzhen and ChongQing, allowing those in the consumer electronics industries to better navigate the complexities of operating in China. In addition, through these engagements, companies have benefited from postponement capabilities with highly flexible operations, in direct to retail models.
Leonard has a Masters in Business (Logistics) from Curtin University. He has lectured extensively in Singapore for Logistics and Supply Chain professionals. He is accredited with the APICS and NAPM professional institutions.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the Supply Chain services industry and has served in a variety of executive Operations and Client Management roles. As VP Operations for EMEA and the US for ModusLink, Richard led multi-national teams across 12 operations, executing supply chain functions for some of the world’s leading High Technology and Healthcare companies.
With a background in Sales, Operations and general management, Richard has led organisations through periods of sustained growth and has also managed restructuring efforts and driven performance improvement in operating sites in the Netherlands, France, Hungary and the US.
He has driven start-ups in several countries and led strategic reviews to align supply chain capabilities with business needs across a number of industry verticals.
A seasoned international supply chain executive he provides a unique perspective on driving performance improvement and process standardisation across multi-site operations. He is also brings significant experience in managing international supply chain transformations including change management, cultural and legal aspects of the change.
Tony is an accomplished, energetic executive manager with over 25 years’ progressive leadership experience within the international manufacturing, distribution and service sectors with a proven ability to engage with teams and drive performance and productivity improvements.
With demonstrated success during high profile roles as Managing Director Europe for Key Tronic, Vice President of European Operations for ModusLink and Chief Operating Officer at iQon Technologies, Tony brings diverse engineering and operational experience serving large industry, service organisations and smaller companies.
A successful hands-on manager and a cross-functional communicator, Tony brings strong people and analytical skills to drive high-impact processes improvements that result in improved, sustained and measurable performances.
A Chartered Engineer by profession, Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and holds an MSc in Mathematics and a Doctorate in Applied Mathematics.
