Lorcan Sheehan, CEO PerformanSC Supply Chain chairs 6th Annual, End to End Supply Chain Conference in Dublin on the 21st September 2016
Now in its sixth year, the End to End Supply chain conference has become a regular fixture in the Supply Chain calendar.
The theme of this year’s conference is Disruptors: Shaping the Supply Chain of the Future. Speakers from the day include senior supply chain leaders from Mylan, Johnson and Johnson, Diageo, Keelings, EY, Bord Na Mona, Office of Government Procurement and Northern Ireland Food and Drink.
The morning sessions will examine the changes that we try to impose upon supply chain – linking Supply Chain Innovation and Supply Chain Transformation. In the afternoon we look to some of the external influences in our supply chains. These Supply Chain Disruptors take the form of technological innovations, business model changes, new entrants and new possibilities for the supply chain. We examine the capabilities that they can unlock and we will discuss the potential to make step change improvements in how we manage our business.
The final session will look to the Market Disruptors – marked by changes in customer behaviour and our great debate will take a look at the changing shape of our regional markets in the wake of Brexit and EU rulings that could impact the commercial and tax environment in which our supply chains operate.
