Our logistics reviews are based on the specific flows for your business. As a result, we typically require:
- Details of shipments made or controlled by your company over a 12 month period
- Origin and destination of each shipment
- Shipment mode – air, ocean, road, parcel – and service level
- Weights and dimensions
- Shipment provider and rate charged
- Much of this information is available from the billing back up from current freight providers
- If there is information missing, we can work with you on alternatives
