CEO & Founder
Lorcan founded PerformanSC Supply Chain in 2013 and since then he has built the company into a highly regarded supply chain services team. Working with clients across healthcare, high tech, retail, food and drink and the logistics industries, the team has established a reputation for ‘getting things done’ as they support supply chain transformation efforts. He is a co-founder of the Supply Chain Advisory Group (a peer network for supply chain leaders) and has chaired the End to End Supply Chain Conference in Ireland, on numerous occasions.
Lorcan has worked with some of the world’s largest technology, consumer goods and medical device companies’ supply chain teams with a global supply chain services provider. He ran a global supply chain professional services team, driving strategic and operational change. As Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy with ModusLink, he led the organisation’s expansion from high tech into the healthcare and consumer goods markets.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, he is a regular contributor to international supply chain events and publications. Lorcan has been quoted on supply chain topics in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times and was named by Supply and Demand Chain Executive as one of their Supply Chain ‘Pros to Know’.
Director, Human Resources
Shivaun, as Company Director, brings a significant background in regulatory compliance, HR and business strategy, to the human resource function with PerformanSC.
With PerformanSC since its’ foundation, Shivaun has managed the company’s focus on accelerating transformation and differentiation in areas of human resources, bringing agility to our competencies for serving our customers, with an emphasis on implementing best practice.
A Bachelor of Commerce and an MBS in Organisational Studies, Shivaun brings strong people and organisational skills to drive the human resource function, for a growing global team.
Dr. Tony McVeigh
Tony is an accomplished, energetic executive manager with over 25 years’ progressive leadership experience within the international manufacturing, distribution and service sectors. He has a proven ability to engage with teams and drive performance and productivity improvements.
With PerformanSC since its inception, Tony brings demonstrated success from previous high profile roles as Managing Director Europe, Vice President of European Operations Chief Operating Officer. Managing the PerformanSC operations research function, Tony brings diverse engineering and operational experience serving large industry, service organisations and smaller companies.
A successful hands-on manager and a cross-functional communicator, Tony brings strong people and analytical skills to drive high-impact projects.
A Chartered Engineer by profession, Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and holds an MSc in Mathematics and a Doctorate in Applied Mathematics.
Principal, Client Operations
With over 20 years of supply chain experience, Lorraine brings a client centred approach to our client operations and marketing functions, while in a previous role, she oversaw our inventory planning and business systems engagements. Lorraine has a proven ability to engage with organisations, managing multinational teams, towards optimised process improvement projects..
Lorraine has been with the company since its inception, having joined with over 15 years experience of working with the world’s largest high technology and consumer brands through a variety of regional and global management roles with ModusLink. Here, she was responsible for the development of planning service capabilities and specialised in demand driven planning models in environments with high SKU complexity and demand volatility. These planning models were adopted by leading brands in their supply chain and service parts businesses and were recognised by the Supply Chain Council with a supply chain technology innovation award.
A graduate of Technology University Dublin, and a Certified Digital Marketing Professional, Lorraine brings her analytical style and strong people skills to augmenting our clients’ engagement experience.
Principal, Logistics and Compliance
Conor has been involved in transport and logistics for over 25 years and has vast experience in all aspects of transport management, warehouse management, outsource management and freight & warehouse procurement.
As Managing Director of Panalpina World Transport, Conor opened their first office in Ireland and built their business with multinational clients including Microsoft, Motorola and Hewlett Packard. In that role, Conor was invited to join the Microsoft Logistics Council and worked very closely with them while forming the global strategy for their overall business model.
Conor has previously been Director of Logistics with Microsoft and Chairman of their Global Transportation Taskforce. As Director of Marketing and Logistics Solutions with ModusLink Global Solutions, Conor worked with a blue chip companies in bringing new and innovative solutions to their Supply Chains.
A Chartered Member of the CILT and a Board Member of the Asia Trade Forum working with the Exporter’s association, Conor is also an active member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce where he meets and lobbies Government departments in all aspects of Import and Export requirements for its members
Principal, Lean, Quality and Compliance
Bob is a veteran quality and lean practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in the manufacturing and service sectors within the international chemical, automotive, and supply chain industries.
With vast experience in global supply chain organisations, Bob has a proven track record in successfully designing, implementing, and developing Quality and Six Sigma programmes across broad business activities.
Bob is a strong self-starter with the ability to deliver immediate benefits to our clients across all areas of lean, quality and compliance.
Originally an Industrial Chemist by training, Bob has a Master’s Degree in Management Practice from Trinity College Dublin and is a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Principal, Business Transformation
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the supply chain services industry and has served in a variety of executive operations and client management roles. As VP Operations for EMEA and the US for ModusLink, Richard led multi-national teams across 12 international locations, executing supply chain functions for some of the world’s leading High Technology and Healthcare companies.
A seasoned international supply chain executive, Richard has a background in sales, operations and general management, Richard has led organisations through periods of sustained growth and has also managed restructuring efforts and driven performance improvement in operating sites in the Netherlands, France, Hungary and the US. He has propelled start-ups in several countries and led strategic reviews to align supply chain capabilities with business needs, across a number of industry verticals. In addition, Richard has been instrumental in supporting clients through requirements around EU medical device regulatory (MDR) changes.
Richard enjoys significant experience in managing international supply chain transformations including change management, covering both cultural and legal aspects of change.
Principal, Channel and Market Development
Glenn is a highly experienced executive leader with supply chain operations. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing computing, storage, telecommunications, digital content, apparel, software and eCommerce markets.
He has held sales and marketing leadership positions with Hitachi, Banta and ModusLink and has run his own successful business in transforming sales and marketing, strategic business development, large account management, brand development and product development processes for global enterprises.
He maintains a wealth of international experience, having worked in the US, Europe and Asia, with direct knowledge of the successful development of eCommerce and retail channels across multiple geographies. Glenn has been instrumental in driving our Supply Chain for Start-ups program in PerformanSC.
Director, Global Logistics and Trade
Christopher has over 30 years of US experience in transportation and logistics management, packaging and supply chain operations experience, across the consumer electronics, food. pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
With established practitioner experience through regional management roles in the US and in APAC, working with Kodak and Johnson & Johnson, Christopher brings a wealth of hand-on knowledge in the logistics and operations space. He has spent much of his career driving transportation and operational efficiency efforts, as well as Regulatory and Security compliance from Start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Christopher also ran his own successful business in supporting global clients through significant cost and operational improvement engagements. He brings a practical approach to solving supply chain challenges across a wide range of functions including fulfilment operations, packaging optimisation and transportation & logistics challenges.
An active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Chris has created and delivered supply chain and logistics courses for CSCMP, Niagara University and Syracuse University
Director, SUPPLY CHAIN and Trade
Cian Hughes has over 20 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, digital and physical supply chain operations including manufacturing and repair operations.
Cian has held executive supply chain roles in IBM, Intel, MetaCreations and Palm Inc. He holds significant experience in supporting the development of early stage and high growth companies, having served as Vice President of Operations for the San Francisco and San Jose, CA based Silicon Valley Global (SVG) Partners.
Cian holds a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from University College Dublin (UCD) and a post-graduate higher diploma in Business Management from Trinity College Dublin (TCD).
Damien is a supply chain operations professional with extensive leadership, change management and project management experience, working with large dynamic multi-national organisations and smaller owner-managed businesses.
With an M.B.S in Management Practice from University College Cork. Damien brings his strong leadership experience to strategic organisational objectives, leadership and team effectiveness, process design and talent management programmes.
Damien supports the PerformanSC operations research function, in delivering enhanced space utilisation, travel distance reduction, productivity improvements, refined operations planning processes and optimised roles and responsibilities, alongside performance management measurements and routines. He brings his demonstrated abilities in leadership and change management, to consistently deliver improved operational performance for our clients.
Director, Supply chain, Planning
Having recently joined PerformanSC, Diane brings a broad supply chain experience. Having worked with organisations in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, IT and Food industries, Diane has worked across supply chain functions, in the design and delivery of optimal solutions.
Supporting PerformanSC supply chain’s project deliveries, she brings her knowledge of highly regulated GxP environments, along with ERP, CRM and advanced planning systems, to bear. With a BSc in Industrial Microbiology and a post-graduate higher diploma in Business Studies, Diane brings a history of high level of engagement across quality, regulatory, R&D and manufacturing. Her results oriented approach is brought to enhancing business value through process improvement and project delivery.
Diane holds a MSc in Supply Chain Management from Dublin Institute of Technology and is a qualified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Director, Supply Chain, E-Commerce
Paddy joined the PerformanSC team with proficient experience in supply chain management, having managed client relationships and supported the building of supply chain solutions for global organisations, across multiple industries, for over 30 years.
A people person, Paddy’s excellent communication skills and can-do attitude integrates well with our hands-on approach to customer engagements. He has been engaged on a number of supply chain review and analysis, market research, warehouse and distribution management and warehouse optimisation projects.
Previous roles included Director Financial Management Services, e Business Solutions, based in Holland and Director, Global Program and Account Management Solutions with ModusLink Corporation 2009 – 2015, based in Holland. Current engagements draw on these experiences, in the support of our global and regional clients, towards ensuring effective and smooth operations, ongoing continuous improvement engagements, product management and new product launches.
Consultant, Supply Chain
A highly qualified supply chain consultant, Prashant has worked in the supply chain industry for the past 6 years. Prashant supports PerformanSC’s Operations Research undertakings, deploying analytical techniques to support and evaluate solutions to our clients’ supply chain problems.
An Engineering graduate, Prashant holds a Masters in Business and has specialised with Post graduate studies in Supply chain management.
A graduate of International Business and languages from Dublin Institute of Technology, Keelin joins PerformanSC to coordinate and support our marketing and research function. Keelin’s international business and communications background, with a keen customer focus, is brought to bear in our client engagements.
