Customs Awareness Training
Customs compliance is one of the most complex and fast-moving areas in supply chain. Shifting tariff requirements, post-Brexit obligations, and evolving global trade regulations leave many organisations exposed — unsure whether their teams have the knowledge to stay compliant.
Our supply chain consultants deliver customs awareness training that brings clarity to your customs obligations. With decades of hands-on experience across customs, logistics, transportation and trade compliance, our training team gives your people the practical knowledge they need to manage customs requirements with confidence.
Customs Training Courses
We offer customs training at two levels, designed to meet the needs of everyone involved — directly or indirectly — in international customs compliance.
Introduction to Customs Awareness This course is suitable for logistics and freight forwarding professionals and those responsible for customs, trade, compliance, finance, procurement, supply chain and operations. It provides a grounded overview of the customs landscape and introduces the key requirements and obligations relevant to your business.
Advanced Customs Training Building on the introductory level, this course covers more complex areas in depth — including customs procedures, Denied Party Screening, Authorised Economic Operator (AEO), and EU and US export controls. Industry-specific requirements are incorporated for each cohort.
Both courses can be tailored to your organisation’s needs. Contact our trade compliance consultants to arrange an initial conversation.
